Assembler 4
Description:
Read and interpret Assembly drawings, perform eutectic die attach and component attach using epoxy in the Micro Integrated Circuits. Visual criteria requirement. Use of tweezers, pin vise, microscope, high power microscope, heater stage measurement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Familiar with the use of microscope and heater stage measurement, kinetics dispenser for epoxy. Familiar with various epoxy and perform. Basic computer skills.

Digital Engineer 3
Description:
The purpose of this position is to establish design capability of complex high speed digital circuits, principally to support Electronic Warfare products. This includes evaluation of board layout, recommendation of components to be used in design, keeping up with the latest high speed components. Principal expertise required is design of high speed FPGA from various manufactures. Verilog and VHDL language digital circuits design with gates or state diagrams. Competency in design of analog circuits as related to digital processing. This includes analog to digital converters.
Qualifications:
BSEE plus 3 years experience in the design of complex digital hardware. Experience in working with Electronic Warfare hardware desired. Some knowledge of feedback theory, stability analysis desired. Predict thru-put speed of design, setup times, delay times synthesis analysis and perform simulations. Knowledge of logic analyzer, oscilloscope, network analyzers, AutoCad, Excel, Power Point, relevant programming language.

Electronics Engineer 2
Description:
The purpose of this job is to design microwave & RF components including, but not limited to, amplifiers, mixers, detectors, filters and oscillators. This Engineer may also be required to support subsystems. The Engineer must be able to analyze and design RF/Microwave circuits. Must understand and be able to perform basic RF/Microwave measurements (i.e. Gain, NF, P-1DB, Return loss, VSWR, etc). Should be familiar with CAE tools (MWO, ADS, SPICE, etc) to perform circuit design. Must be familiar with basic lab equipment (i.e. power supplies, network analyzers, NF meters, etc.).
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required, Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering optional. 4 to 10 years of related experience in the design of RF & microwave components necessary. Should be familiar with the basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Autocad, etc.

Description:
Experience concerning MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883, Familiar with AS9100 and ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
Analyzes, troubleshoots and provides technical skills during research and/or product development. Applies advanced engineering theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems. Reviews project progress and evaluates results. Recommends corrections in technical applications and analysis. Drives corrective actions, (internal and external) to completion. Prepare responses to SCARS issued by customers. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to plans and objectives. Receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Associates degree is desirable. Microsoft Office skills (Visio a plus).

Technician 4 (Swing Shift)
Description:
Test and tune microwave hybrid thin film amplifiers, oscillators and sub-assemblies. The ability to work utilizing a microscope for extended periods of time is required. Have a working knowledge of microwave theory, understanding and relaying performance information about those circuits to co-workers and peers using common microwave terminology. Work using a microscope while tuning assemblies. Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. to bench locations for use. Must have experience operating all relevant test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, phase noise test stations, etc. Ability to use PC to operate test stations, navigate through software such as MS Windows XP and MS Office.
Qualifications:
Experience using ball bonders and wedge bonders. 2 year technical or Junior College education with emphasis on electronics and Microwave Electronics. Some educational training can be substituted by work experience or equivalent. 5 or more years experience working on Hybrid assemblies and sub-assemblies in a clean room environment.
